Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads (ebooks, printables), all sales are final. Once files are downloaded, they cannot be "returned."
However, if you experience any technical issues with your files or if the content is defective, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.
Physical Books
Our paperback books are printed and fulfilled by Amazon. Therefore, returns and refunds are handled directly by Amazon in accordance with their policies.
If you receive a damaged copy or are unhappy with the print quality, you can easily request a replacement or refund through your Amazon order history.
